What challenges were you facing with Google rankings or online visibility before working with Zoek?

Dean: Our 5-star rating is only as good as it is visible. Go Site wasn’t able to help us at all, or wasn’t willing. We were invisible last year, only got about 2 contact forms per month, although our repeat biz and referrals were still strong.

Now, with Zoek I get customer contact sheets DAILY. Zoek improved our visibility to the point we improved our best Customers in Que ("work dates scheduled") by 60%. Our previous record was 31 jobs in queue, this year we reached 51.

Have you seen any changes in revenue, booking rates, or average job size as a result?

Our overall volume of calls has increased 20-25% over the past two years and has allowed us to be even MORE selective about what jobs we do, where we do them, etcetera. This has allowed us to focus on easier work and sell off the more difficult jobs to other business associates we know.

Revenue is up. Average margin per deal is up. We are approaching the record number of deals in a year we set in 2021, when COVID kept everyone home (which of course made it real easy to estimate without appointments).

What’s been the biggest difference in your business operations since improving your rankings?

We have enjoyed more calls, completed more jobs, earned better money daily on the jobs we get, and have to travel less distance. It’s been a Godsend. As mentioned earlier, we are approaching all-time numbers.

Have you hired more staff, expanded services, or taken on bigger jobs as a result of the growth?

Haven’t needed to hire more staff, but getting done quicker as we no longer have to struggle with the bigger, more difficult time-consuming jobs – which we now sell and make money there too.

We have been busier with more calls and estimates but the peace of mind has been wonderful.
